Fees & Payment Options  at Helios Integrated Medicine

 

We DO NOT BILL insurance for our care. All visits must be paid at the time of service. If you have insurance, Helios is considered an “out of network provider.” Check your policy for your out of network benefits. You will be given a receipt when you leave that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.

Fees for visits are based on the length of time of the visit, rather than the type of visit. Generally, an initial consultation will be approximately an hour, and annual exam about 45 minutes, and a well child check 30-45 minutes, but all can vary.
